Community hangouts – let’s connect, have fun, learn and be merry!
More than ever, community is everything! This month of April, I have put together virtual hangouts to better connect with you. These hangouts are laid back in nature – some more laid back than the others (*wink wink* wine and chill!). Every hangout will be hosted by me (Ufuoma) and are open to everyone. You’d just have to provide a name and email address so I can send you the details securely.

Travel bloggers virtual meet-up
Calling all my fellow travel bloggers or travel entrepreneurs or travel businesses. We know it’s a crazy time for our industry but how are you holding up? Are you confused on what content to create? Are you tempted to suddenly become a pajama blogger? What’s next? What’s appropriate to share? What’s not? How can you continue to engage your audience even while not traveling? Are you losing income? Blog traffic tanking? Let’s chat! I have some really good insider info I want to share with you – as well as some of the things I have planned for my audience going forward. It’s a long game and we’re all in this together.
Social media and branding chat
I’ve been doing social media and blogging for three years and I have been able to grow an organic and loyal following. I’ve also been able to make some really good money from it – just by being me. Lucky? Not quite! I’ll share some of the basics of social media, blogging and branding and how you can start to incorporate your learnings right away. Now is a good time to start working on brand positioning and owning your space as your niche leader. It’d be a great time chatting and I’d get to answer all your questions – so bring them forward and get ready to learn.
Career chat
Do you feel like you’re in the right career? Looking to transition? Want to level up and start earning what you’re truly worth? I’ve had a good running in the Canadian career market and my career so far – I am earning above the curve – doing work that truly makes a difference – this is not necessarily because I am more skilled but more importantly, I’m able to clearly communicate my values and get what I’m worth. Confidence is key with career navigation. I’d be doing a free resume review for someone on the call and sharing some of my top negotiation skills and networking tips to get your foot in the door.
